Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at UNIMIG. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This policy applies to products purchased directly from UNIMIG. Purchases made through third-party retailers or distributors are subject to their own return policies.

  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf the individual is acting.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via:

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. No additional fees will apply.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised goods.

  • Goods that expire quickly or deteriorate due to their nature.

  • Goods that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping costs and risks of returning goods to us. Please send returns to:

To avoid loss or damage during transit, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be processed until the returned goods are received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
