Features
Synchronous Electronic Timer
A built-in synchronous electronic timer with SCR provides a range of 2 to 65 cycles. The compensation circuit will only start the timer once there is a proper current passage, allowing the spot welder to work on painted surfaces and oxidised or black sheets.
Current Control With Phase Shift
Current control with phase shift adjustment allows for challenging welds on very thin materials, small diameter rods, stainless steel sheets, and similar surfaces.
Built to Last
The transformers are coated with F class insulation material, which doesn't dry out or turn brittle, tested at 4000 volts, extending the lifespan of the spot welder.
Water-Cooled
A fully water-cooled portable spot welder, designed for high-volume car body repairs and light production tasks.
Electrode Force
A built-in differential pressure switch will only activate the timer when the electrode force is properly applied.
Multiple Arm Sets
Arm sets are available for larger openings and a wide range of welding applications.
