Arc Path CNC Control Software
The 21 inch touchscreen computer comes mounted on a fully adjustable arm and runs our in house Arc Path software. Arc Path accepts G Code files directly or you can load designs from USB or a shared network folder. It also includes CAM nesting powered by FLCAM for DXF files, with a Fusion post processor available for a seamless workflow.
Automatic Torch Height Control
The system monitors the arc in real time and adjusts the torch height as you cut. By keeping the torch at the ideal distance, you get consistent cut quality, reduced dross, longer consumable life and faster cutting speeds.
True Cut Size
The STEALTH 3000 delivers a genuine 3 x 1.5 metre cutting area, with a full 3.04 x 1.54 metres of gantry travel. You can cut right to the edges of a commercial sheet without losing working space. Its heavy duty build supports full sheet loads and can handle mild steel up to 40mm thick.
Integrated Water Bed System
The water bed captures smoke and dust at the source, keeping your workspace cleaner and reducing the need for additional ventilation. It also helps cool the material during cutting to reduce plate warp. Slat slots allow quick replacement of slats that become bent or worn over time, keeping the table performing at its best.
Adjustable Sighting Laser
An adjustable offset sighting laser gives you a clear, constant visual of your pierce point and plate alignment. Set your cut position with confidence and remove the guesswork from every job.
Collision Protection System
"he collision detection torch holder uses spring loaded tensioners that give way on impact to protect the torch. Dual proximity sensors stop the machine instantly to prevent further damage. You can fine tune the collision sensitivity with adjustable tension settings to match the response to your workflow. The spring loaded design also resets the torch position automatically after a collision, removing the need to re centre the torch each time.
Industrial Servo Drive System
High performance servo motors deliver precise, responsive motion with closed loop feedback constantly adjusting position, speed and torque. Paired with a belt driven transmission on the gantry, the system provides smooth, accurate travel and exceptional reliability under heavy cutting loads.
